Hi friend,

Wow, thank you so much for being here.

I'm Milly Baine, a cinematic, documentary photographer based in Florence, Alabama. I specialize in elopements and tiny weddings— capturing intimate moments that you and your partner will cherish forever. I don't want to just be another vendor at your wedding or elopement, I want to be your confidant and help to make your day as special and stress-free as possible.

From the moment we connect, I'll get to know you and your love story to ensure that your elopement is tailored to your unique vision. We'll work together to choose the perfect location (if you have not already chosen), and I'll be there to capture all the special moments, from quiet moments getting ready together to your intimate vow exchange.

My goal is to create cinematic and timeless photos that you can look back on and relive your elopement or wedding day over and over again. Let's make magic together and create memories that you'll treasure for a lifetime.

I am Most inspired by

My Other Half

This is my ride-or-die, Austin. He is such a huge part of my life. He is a tattooer, musician, and all-around nice person. We met through music. Now I help drive his band around the country and take photos along the way. We get traditional tattoos in our favorite cities, and he always stays awake to keep me company as I drive.

He proposed to me in Grand Central Station in NYC (Literally a movie moment, y’all), and we were married in Pocket Park beside the vintage shop I once owned, Southern Trash, in Florence, AL on October 13th.

Our wedding day was literally the best day ever. I walked down the aisle to a strings version of Home Sweet Home by Motley Crue. I wish you could’ve been at that party. We danced to Tom Petty, Say Anything, and so many throwback emo hits. We spend most of our time together watching King of the Hill or Forensic Files while cuddling our two adopted pit pups, Canyon and Maple.

your photos should reflect the authenticity of your relationship, the beauty of your surroundings, and the emotions of your day.

How I work

I am 0% into forced smiles and stiff prom poses. You’re not some picture-perfect, contrived robots. You’re real people with raw love, ups and downs, and authentic emotions. Your love deserves the most honest-to-goodness, beautiful, and real representation. This is about your love story, not some Stepford Wives version of yourselves.

I take a personal approach to photography. Before your elopement or wedding, I have a thorough process to be sure we communicate exactly what you’re looking to get out of your photos and what is most important to you on your wedding day. I take the things you love about my work and personalize an experience and your photos to you.
